Philip Cooley Graduates from The University of Toledo

Philip Cooley, a resident of Fostoria, OH, graduated from The University of Toledo with a Associate of Applied Business degree in Business Management Technology.

Cooley was among more than 2,000 graduates who received their degrees at the Spring 2011 commencement ceremonies.

The University of Toledo, established in 1872, is a diverse, student-centered public metropolitan research university.
