Sarah Smith Graduates from The University of Toledo

Sarah Smith, a resident of Toledo, OH, graduated from The University of Toledo with a Certificate degree in Health Information Administration.

Smith was among more than 1,000 graduates who received their degrees at the University's Fall 2011 commencement ceremonies.
